USAID and the USAF with Orphans Foundation Fund at the Water system for Lengast Masai Village USAID and the USAF with Orphans Foundation Fund at the Water system for Lengast Masai Village USAID and the USAF with Orphans Foundation Fund at the Water system for Lengast Masai Village

Several years ago USAID installed a water system for Lengast Masai Village, although it has been helping the people, the system now isn’t producing enough water for the community. A combined task force was formed to address the problems, lead by Lt. Col James B Williams of the United States Air Force. Orphans Foundation Fund along with the members of the task force and community leaders went to the bore hole, water tanks, pipelines and distribution points in and around Lengast to see how the system may be improved to yield more water to sustain the village. The continued support of donors and development groups is much appreciated by Lengast Village.
